1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dabuzz local business directory app and website (the "Service") operated by Dabuzz ("Dabuzz", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts and OTP verification

To use certain features you must create an account using your name and a phone number or email, verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and verification codes secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Using the directory

Dabuzz helps customers discover local businesses. Listings, ratings, indicative charges and other information are provided by businesses or third parties, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, availability or quality. Any dealings between you and a business are solely between you and that business.

5. Business listings and subscriptions

If you list a business, you agree to provide accurate, lawful and up-to-date information, and that you are authorised to represent that business. Listings may require a recurring subscription to remain published. You are responsible for the content of your listing and for complying with all applicable laws.

6. Payments and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged through our payment providers. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content.
• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not scrape, harvest or resell data from the Service without permission.
• Do not impersonate others or list a business you are not authorised to represent.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Dabuzz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. User content and listing accuracy

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Dabuzz a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not violate the rights of others. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dabuzz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Dabuzz harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dabuzz operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
